As an additional convenience, we are near the Kipling Go Train Stop and Kipling subway, so you can easily drop off your vehicle and still go about your day. We have been in business for 43 years, and are part of the CAA AARS program for the majority of this time. We could not stay in business this long by being rude to our customers. The vehicle came in at 8am but we did not get the ok to proceed with the work until noon, so my service advisor advised you that the vehicle might not be finished by the end of the day. The vehicle was ready by 9am the next day but you did not pick it up until 2pm. The rotors and pads that we installed were Napa Premium and Ultra Premium parts. The part numbers are on the invoice so you can check this out yourself. I invite you to come back to our shop and meet with our Napa Parts Rep and he will testify as to the quality of the parts put on your vehicle. Cochrane only uses name brand quality parts. You live in the United States and Canada, and I suspect the other shops you are comparing us to are in the States. We even gave you a discount to help you out on the price. Cochrane Automotive tries to satisfy each and every customer who walks through our door. We guarantee our work and are competitive with other shops , We also invest a lot of time and money sending our technicians on training courses to keep up to date with new technology.
