I THOUGHT the frames I had picked out were OK but when I picked them up today VERY unpleased. As soon as I got out to my vehicle and looked at them I realized I HATED them. Needless to say I am wearing my old glasses.
We are so sorry that you are disappointed in your recent frame selection. Our optical manager offered to speak with the Doctors to see if we could make an accommodation for you but you declined. The situation was discussed with the Doctors and they are happy to restyle you with a different frame and remake the glasses for you if you desire.
