My appt began over an hour after it was supposed to with no apology or excuse. Then when I asked for my full prescription to written out for me to take a copy home one of the receptionists told me they weren't allowed to unless I was going to buy glasses in store that day.

Last I checked, my medical records aren't to be kept hostage unless I buy overpriced glasses.

It is not in out policy to not release prescriptions to patients, there must have been some miscommunication. Although we cannot undo what transpired during your visit, we have every intention to help you in any way possible.
