My appt began over an hour after it was supposed to with no apology or excuse. Then when I asked for my full prescription to written out for me to take a copy home one of the receptionists told me they weren't allowed to unless I was going to buy glasses in store that day.
Last I checked, my medical records aren't to be kept hostage unless I buy overpriced glasses.
Dear Anonymous, we sincerely apologize for your experience. You are correct about expecting an apology for the long wait time and the right to have a copy of your prescription. It is not in out policy to not release prescriptions to patients, there must have been some miscommunication.
