Dr. Collard was born and raised in Riverton, Utah, where he graduated from Bingham High School in 1989.
He attended Dixie College in St. George, Utah on a full scholarship where he earned his Associates of Science Degree. After seeing the great results his father received from going to the Chiropractor, Chad began going as well, which led to the decision of becoming a Chiropractor.
Dr. Collard attended Parker College of Chiropractic graduating in 1999 as Salutatorian.

Chad was straightforward with me about my options and the benefits and drawbacks of each option. He said that I could have chosen one of the options that he didn’t provide and that would be good as is his solution. You can’t ask for more honesty and transparency than that. Also, acupuncture is a little weird for a first timer but Chad makes me open minded about nonconventional solutions. I was really surprised how it worked and I’m glad I went. I will be going back. Side note: His staff is awesome especially his marketing manager.
