Very little wait time. Vet was thorough and made me aware of any charges beforehand. She and her assistant were very caring in handling and treating our cat.

College Park Animal Hospital Has and continues to be a place of excellence. I have tremendous confidence in their expertise. The doctors are thorough and spend time to explain and instruct you. The staff is also wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable in their own right. You could not wish for a better veterinary hospital! Or a better experience when you are having your beloved pet treated.

Earlier this year I was a little discouraged with CPAH, since I was told it would take 3 months to schedule an initial appointment with a recent rescue dog. However in desperation the other day I had the fortuitous experience of getting Mary Ella on the phone. This same dog had been attacked by another dog earlier in the week and there was follow up work to be done. Rocky Gorge, the vet practice I had established her with, wasn't able to see her and told me I would have two wait for 4 + hours to see an emergency vet. I had already spent 6 hours at an emergency vet the night the event occurred, so this was not going to work. I did not want to put our dog, nor myself through this. Mary Ella did everything she could to accommodate several requests I had and she was patient, communicative, and kind throughout. I know y'all are busy and minus veterinarians, but you have been "our" vet for a long long time and I was relieved to get back where our dogs belong. (The only reason I am giving an "8" rating is due to the overly busy situation you all are in AND the facility could benefit from an up-do. :) All employees are top-notch.

The vet doctor and the stuff are very kind. I felt very comfortable talking to the vet about the concerns i I have about my sinior shit ztu whom I love very much. Also i love the cleanness of the hospital. The next day the vet and the staff call me to check on my little old man. Thank you so much!

We have been bringing our dogs (and some cats) the CPAH for over 35 years. We brought our most recent rescue dog there and all Staff members were friendly and helpful as they have always been. They were thorough and answered all of our questions. If I had one criticism, it is their availability - you have to make an appointment way in advance and they are currently not open on Saturdays as they once were. I understand that this is due to staff shortages and that seems to be a universal problem these days. Here's hoping that that resolves itself eventually because they are really a great place to bring your pet for professional, attentive care.

As always excellent for everything! Dr Berndt and the tech showed so much care and patience with both of my

dogs during the visit especially Magnum the baby sissy! I would never dream of changing .

Both the vet and the technician were wonderful! They were both very kind to my cat who was not happy about being at the vet!

The information the vet provided for follow-up with my cat was very complete and provided a great deal of detail.
