Arrived 5 minutes early for a 9:00 appt, was checked in and put in a room fairly quickly, but was over 30 minutes before we saw the vet. The wait time is just too long. An annual checkup should not take an hour, start to finish. When the wait is that long, someone should apologize and/or explain why the LONG wait.
