Since I purchased the tires on ~Oct 16, 2015, my car vibrates when I brake at high speeds. I think maybe the technician used too much torque and warped the rotors a little. I've been buying tires from Colonial for many years, and this is the first time this has happened. Recently (July 23, 2016), after they rotated and balanced the tires, I found two loose hubcaps and one balancing weight on the ground when I parked the car at home. This is not the first time I have found loose hubcaps after tire rotation. Before my current set of new tires, I have lost 2 hubcaps 1-2 weeks after having my tires rotated by Colonial Tire.

I am sorry for any trouble you may be having with your brakes. Even though I can't be certain that the brake issue was caused here, I am willing to fix the problem for you at no charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and I am willing to do what ever it takes to keep you satisfied.

I go in to Handcrafted Dentistry expecting to get my teeth cleaned and my oral health evaluated. Great news - these tasks are always completed with the highest degree of efficiency and thoroughness. My mouth is fresh, clean and healthy - so much so that I delay eating or drinking afterwards to just enjoy that feeling :-D.
