Worst experience I've ever had for an oil change. First they refuse to give any sort of estimate of time when you drop off the vehicle other than it will be done by the end of the day. I dropped the vehicle off an hour after open and there was a single car waiting outside. I got a call 8 hours later that it was just going in for the service (after calling twice for an update and being told nothing). Having my car all day for a 30 min oil change is absurd but still forgivable. After driving the vehicle home and too work the next day I noticed it leaking oil all over my garage. I call the shop to tell them im coming in for them to check it and make sure it was done properly, i was told that i would have to leave the vehicle and they would "get to it by the end of the day" now this time that was unacceptable. I come back for a mistake you made I expect you to put it at the top of your list. I was told they didn't see any evidence of oil leaking.... Thats the most blatant lie if heard from a shop as there was oil all over my garage. I was told the plug bolt was replaced "just in case" which means they destroyed the last one doing the change and it had to be replaced. After that no more oil leak, so they absolutely knew it was the cause but wouldnt take blame. I wish this was the end of my service issue but i had to return a THIRD time for a routine oil change because they did not secure the skid plate and I drug it down the road for miles. This all could have been avoided by simply checking your work and not sending a customer home with a faulty job. But there is no excuse for needing a 3rd visit to a shop out of my way due to negligence.
