The reason it took 2-1/2 weeks to repair the door is the fact that you are using a special insulated door that is not a stock item and every time one your clients damages the door (which is three times now) we have to special order the replacement sections. I agree that 3 days seems long and in the future we will make every effort to be more prompt to your request for service, but this is a service business, how long do you have to wait for an appointment with Comcast, Heating and Air or appliance repair? Sometimes a service company can get to you the same day sometimes it takes a few days,
