This is my second time using this caterer, and is was another great experience. They were able to accommodate my short notice and helped select the perfect menu. They were on time and created a nice display of great tasting and beautiful food. There was plenty of food even though I had more guests than I had expected. My gathering lasted longer than I had scheduled, yet the pick up crew was patient, discrete, and package all of the extra food so that I could send home with guests. Although I stumbled on to this company last year when my usual caterer could not work with my schedule and I was scrambling for a solution, I am so glad I found Colorado Springs Catering. Your team is awesome and I wish I had more business to give you. Thanks

Colorado Springs Catering was amazing! The customer service we received from the online experience to in person was exceptional. The food arrived on time and set up was done in 15 to 20 minutes. We have used Colorado Springs Catering for several years now. The group loves the strawberry spinach salad however we have recently experienced the potato bar and the taco bar. Great food...wonderful experience.

Ted and Peng Jones are amazing people and general, and provide nothing but the best customer service.

Peng has such a diverse style in cooking and is very flexible. I have never been disappointed once. In fact it's been the opposite where have been blown away each time.

I have loved doing business with them in the past and I am positive I will continue to love their business in the future!

My nonprofit launched a new fundraiser in Monument, CO (almost 3 hours north of our home base). We originally had 6 caterers in the running, but that number shortly dropped to 3. Of those 3, Colorado Springs Catering clearly distinguished itself from the others for a few reasons: 1- They've worked with nonprofits in the past and immediately offered a discount for our organization (and thanked us for the work we do) 2- We were quickly provided with an invoice, with tailored options (not overly-complicated) 3- Their price was immensely reasonable 4- Ted Jones! He is the manager and is incredibly personable 5- Flexibility, they were willing to work with our time constraints and bureaucracy. One month before the event, my team visited the location the event was to be held. Ted actually met us there, gave us valuable advice, and even offered to help recruit some groups to attend. In the next few weeks, our attendance became a real issue (especially with unexpected CO weather). Ted was more than reasonable with our request of cutting our amount of dishes about in half. Ted and his wife Ping were welcoming and gracious at the event itself, they both were in attendance. Finally... the food! The gluten free chicken picatta was incredible and their veggie dish stuffed bell peppers was just as amazing. My organization couldn't be happier with the superb service Colorado Springs Catering provided!

Very prompt, professional, courteous and responsive! I have not yet had an opportunity to taste the food - but if it is anything like the service I have received, I would give Colorado Springs Catering a five star rating all around!!

What a wonderful experience using Colorado Springs Catering! The food was superb, everything at the perfect temperature, and set up and clean up went so quickly! I highly recommend them for events for any amount of people. I will definitely be using them again!
