Everyone was very sweet and friendly, and they strived to make sure I was satisfied with my haircut. They are good at what they do, and and they really listen to you. I love the cut they gave me, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends!
Stylist that did my hair was GREAT! My check out experience was very disappointing. The lady that checked me out did not ask me if I wanted to leave a tip when she ran my credit card. So when she handed me the receipt she scribbled in the tip line with a pen as if I wasn't going to leave a tip. I told her I wanted to included the tip in the transaction. She didn't know how to do that and she screamed out loud the amount of the tip I was leaving the stylist in front other client that were in the salon. I felt that was very rude and unprofessional of her. The owner walked over to help her they weren't for sure if the tip was included in the transaction. I reassured them I would be looking at the transaction as soon as it post to my account that if it didn't included tip I would be back to pay the tip. The very next morning I get a call from the salon to bring in a personal check for the tip. My Transaction was still pending. Everyone knows if you run a transaction as credit it take two day to post to account. I continued to keep eye on it until it finally cleared and tip was not included. I ended up mailing the salon personal check for the tip. What a Hassle .
So sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We are in the process of training our receptionist, she has only been with us for a month, and it takes a while to memorize all of the steps. We appreciate your feedback.

It was fabulous. Melissa was great.... my hair is in excellent condition after highlighting . I've never lost as little hair as I did with her products.. the only thing I want is for more highlighting to show more.. the color is great, just need more. It was a "10" experience!!! Highly recommend!!!!
Extremely efficient yet friendly and welcoming practice. It was my first visit as a new patient. Everything was done to put me at ease and the staff were wonderful. Dr. Shin was very thorough in his explanation in reference to my examination, as well, kind and compassionate.
