We have been with Dr. Hess for over 25 years. I’ve always been impressed with how he keeps up with technology and new advancements. Even more importantly, he has been there for every after hours emergency that I’ve had with my family.

The staff are very professional and friendly. Everything happened on schedule, and I received answers to all of my questions in an acceptable and timely manner. The office has lots of sophisticated equipment which allows for detailed studies of my eyes so all of my questions/issues could be resolved. Dr. Hess is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all of the data collected to me. And, the folks out front were also very professional and patient with me as I got fitted for new glasses. This is a top-quality organization.

Dr. Ward was attentive and made eye contact (no pun intended). It felt that they took their time and listened to me while performing the eye exam.

Always a stress free appointment. Everyone in this practice is well trained and professional. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Hess for over 20 years. The staff are patient and helpful in choosing frames which can be a difficult decision.
Appointments are always on time, which is so important for today's busy world.

I’ve been going to Dr. hess’ office for many years. This was my first time meeting Dr. Ward. She was young and very nice. She made me feel very comfortable - like we already knew each other.
