We have been with Dr. Hess for over 25 years. I’ve always been impressed with how he keeps up with technology and new advancements. Even more importantly, he has been there for every after hours emergency that I’ve had with my family.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got right in for my appointment, unlike other local eye doctors with long wait times even with an appointment. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like the doctor cared about answering my questions and taking care of my eyes. Thank you so much!

Excellent visit! Everyone was very kind and friendly. My daughter was a bit anxious about her appointment, and everyone in the office helped her feel comfortable. Dr. Ward was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ward was great, she took time, and is a great listener and commutator. The visit was on time, and there was no weird trying to get me to buy glasses. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have had a great experience each time.
