We have been with Dr. Hess for over 25 years. I’ve always been impressed with how he keeps up with technology and new advancements. Even more importantly, he has been there for every after hours emergency that I’ve had with my family.

I have been coming to Columbia Family Eye Care since the early 2000’s and have always been happy with the service and quality of the doctors and staff. Dr. Hess and the staff take the time to listen so that concerns and questions are not only answered but the answers are understood. I am grateful our community has care of such outstanding quality.

Dr Hess is great! Always runs on time and very knowledgeable. The staff is exceptionally good. I cant’t thank them enough!! They went over and beyond in helping me pick out a pair of glasses. They were very patient, friendly and really took the time to help me. Faith was the one that helped me the most but they all contributed which made my experience a pleasant one.

This is a great family eye doctor. Have been examined by both Dr Ward and Dr Hess and both are excellent! The service is always prompt and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
