Everybody is very friendly. I do however, have a complaint. I was VERY clear with the tech (who took my puppy to the back for her grooming) that I did not want her hair cut. Although, I did indicate that I realized the hair around her neck was quite matted and may need some thinning, but if any other cutting needed to be done, please call me first.
When I picked her up, all of the hair around her face and eyes had been cut/shaved back. It appeared that my instructions were completely ignored. My dog's hair will grow back, but I am not very happy about this. There should have been absolutely no confusion in my request. I will think twice before returning.
I have used several other animal hospital's in the past but now I have found Columbine Animal Hospital and I will never go anywhere else. They provide excellent care and it is a family environment. The employees and doctor's are all very polite and care about the well fair of my pet. They are up front with the cost of treatment without any surprises.
The front d ski area are very helpful and friendly.. I trust both of my dogs with them. They care about our pets and they spend time with us and make sure we feel comfortable with the way our pets may have to come home. I’m happy with everything .
Always receive a warm greeting from staff at CAH. They were running a bit behind due to an emergency, and instead of having me sit in a room waiting and wondering what was happening, one of the Vets came in to let me know what was happening and they would be with me shortly. I believe that the staff at Columbine Animal Hospital honestly care so much about people's pets and are very honest.
Despite calling in to order Saphira’s meds on Wednesday for a Saturday pickup they were not ready on Saturday morning. I arrived Saturday morning and the prescription had not been filled. So why did I call it in 3 days early??
