I needed an emergency extraction for a broken tooth. Comfort Dental was able to get me in right away. My dentist was so skilled I did not even feel the injection to numb the area. He had the tooth out in seconds and I felt absolutely no pain during the extraction or after the anesthesia wore off. I would recommend the Kent-Kangley Road office to everyone looking for a highly skilled, professional and friendly office for their dental needs.
I followed up a week later having my teeth cleaned.and the experience was so relaxing, I fell asleep and the team had to wake me up when they were finished. I'll be coming beck for all of my dental needs.

The last time I was at the Kent office I was treated very poorly. The woman I spoke with was completely unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to look up the information I was requesting. She acted annoyed that she was having to take time out of her day to help me. Which...is really the whole point of her job. To help customers. We'll be taking our business someplace else. Maybe a company that doesn't mind answering my questions, and treats me with respect. Also, the whole thing of speaking to the other agents in Spanish and Russian about customers or while they're with a customer is really rude. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I don't speak/understand Spanish or Russian. I speak 5 languages in addition to English.
