Dr. Dinsmore and his great dental assistant Tori are FANTASTIC. I have been coming to the Cherry Creek Comfort Dental office for 12 years. I am 69 so my teeth are aging. I have always gotten A+ care, and also affordable cost. Now I needed crowns on my two-front upper teeth, a big deal, after minor injuries to them in years past that no longer can be repaired. Dr. Dinsmore worked with Medicare to keep the cost down for my share and get the highest insurance contribution possible. He and Tori were so careful, competent and kind in the two appointment process to give me temps and get the new crowns created, using the latest technology. No more molds for the new ones, they took computer scans which create the perfect crowns for your unique needs. It's all done and I am thrilled with the results, and love to smile again. A+ on the new crowns. Tori suggested I use warm salt water rinses after both appointments for gum sensitivity and it totally worked. My guns healed quickly and well both times. The temp crowns were no problem for the 8 days you wait for the permanent ones to arrive.

I was told if I need anything, including any adjustments, just come back in for that free service. Dr. Dinsmore always listens carefully to me at my check ups, and gives me helpful, practical tips to keep my teeth healthy and long-lasting as I am aging. And it works! I highly recommend this office and have moved a few times over the years, and still drive as long as needed to get my dental needs taken care of by my team there.

I would like to change my previous review regarding the Cherry Creek’s office incompetence in dealing with insurance. There was some miscommunication between the office and myself. Dr. Jolstad called me personally and completely changed my mind about this office. He listened and discussed the situation with me. We came to a very fair solution. I am very impressed with Dr. Jolstad’s willingness to work with me personally. I want to make clear that I never had any issue with the quality of the dental work itself. Dr. Jolstad has proven to be honest and reputable, something which seems to be hard to find. I will return to this office.

This office does not not know how to handle insurance. I asked three different times if my dental work was covered under my insurance, and I was guaranteed it was covered under my plan. The dentist himself even sat down and explained my coverage. He told me the work was covered. I found out it was not. In the future I will deal with my insurance myself. I would advise not dealing with this office, and if you do, double check everything they tell you.
