I called on a Wednesday because I needed a new water heater and they gave me a quote over the phone and they were out the next day to install it. They called when they were on the way. They removed the old water heater, cleaned up the area and installed the new one and were done within 4 hours. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I call that great customer service.

The people an Comfort Designs have taken care of my heating and cooling needs for quite some time. They have always been prompt on arrival. I watch them work and marvel at their thoroughness in repairs and inspecting all components.. They are knowledgeable about different brands and types of heating and cooling systems.and I consider the cost of their work to be very reasonable.
