We are totally pleased with the HVAC systems installed by Comfort Design! From the quote to the install and the follow up, very professional and complete! Loved how Bill looked at the entire house (vents and returns) asked questions about previous comfort concerns, looked at duct work and spotted issues that he said they would address if selected as the service provider! And... they did! Bill made us feel very comfortable in helping us decide on options and he and the team. including the office, were very clean and professional in their work!

From the bid to the install, we have been very pleased with the people, the products and the installation process! Wading through the bids of up to six companies is no small task, but Comfort Design's was thorough and well laid out. Asking questions about any problem rooms in the house and noticing some duct work that was in need of some repair, were just some of the up front work that made a difference to us. The guys were great and were careful in the house and the installation was very neat and complete. The extra care and work that went into setting the heat pumps outside was really appreciated too, as a lot of settling had occurred!

I have always loved this company. They installed a new A/C for us 8 years ago and we have been on the service plan ever since. Not one problem. Ryan and Scott are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Casey is always nice to talk to on the phone. I feel comfortable giving them my garage code if I am not going to be home. Very trustworthy and I would recommend to all.
