We have a 22 year old A/C system. Comfy Cave was called out to assess and try to keep it running for us. They are helpful and knowledgeable and got our system running. We are grateful for their work and happy to have a cool home again.

Both service techs were professional in every way. The estimate process was wonderful and I felt no pressure because a service tech did the estimate, not a sales person.

The real test of a company comes if there is a problem down the road. I have a strong feeling, based upon reviews and talking with others who have used them, that Comfy Cave goes out of their way to provide excellent service including after the equipment is installed.

Did not have much hope when the warranty company was not being helpful about urgency. However, when I was put in contact with Comfy Cave they sensed the urgency and worked really hard to fit us in within a week! When Michael came out, he called first, was able to come early, found the issue and instead of just leaving, he worked to ensure the same issue wouldn't happen again. Super thorough and caring about us as a customer. Fantastic customer service all around.

I should have written down your employees name and i didnt. He was at my house early. He diagnosed the problem with the AC...it was just dirty so he cleaned it. I also had him clean the furnace. He checked the entire home for carbon monoxide. He was knowledgeable about the product that your company installed 12 or so years ago. Everything is working fine. I have other rentals and would like to use this same person in the fall when he will clean and check all furnaces and for the winter. also at that time he with clean the AC units for the following 2023 summer season. He came with a big truck with everything he might need on it.

Comfy Cave was professional, clear, on time and worked efficiently in our home to install AC on one of the hottest day this summer. They explained things well, took care of an issue right away that could have prevented a cleared inspection and was cleaned up completely. They come with high recommendations from us.
