Hopefully their doctors are more competent than their staff. Was referred there by the urgent care across the street. Called and submitted all of my information including insurance details. Was told to complete extensive new patient forms online however they wanted me to print the forms and bring them with me to the appointment. Arrived on time for the appointment and waited 30 minutes to be told that they don’t accept United Healhcare. Total waste of time at the mercy of the village idiots.

In 2019 I was encouraged to go see Dr Thomas at comg due to a non union fx of my patella . He was extremely knowledgeable, kind & a great bedside manner . I had to undergo another surgery to fix the problem . Dr Thomas explained everything to me . We discussed how to move forward in length ! When Dr Thomas comes in the room his assistant was always kind as well & quick when he needed to pull up X-rays or other info on the computer. I also saw the PA one time due to a time issue on my part and she was as great as Dr

Thomas and remembered my long story of how I injured myself & the 3 other surgeries I had to have before coming to comg! The office is

extremely clean & followed all covid protocol. Before covid My family would come with me due to me driving one hour 45 min to the office and right after they needed to drive me & Dr Thomas & the staff were always great to them as well . Dr Thomas manager is extremely up to date on all the info & handles any thing that comes up in a quick manner without fail . When I would come in they would send me to X-ray first and the techs always professional ask me how I’m doing & help make the worrying go away with the topics or joke of the day . As a wife of a surgeon Without a doubt you can see this office works as a team & really cares for the patients .Thank you comg

Dr Marandola, Jason Knott, and team are very nice and organized. They spend just enough time with the patient for assessments and questions. They make sure one is comfortable and receiving excellent care pre and post-operatively. Since everyone responds differently to treatment, they don't rush the process of healing.
