I purchased the tires in advance to take advantage of a buy 3 get 1 promotion. When I had the time to get them, which was a 32 days after the purchase, I stopped by the store to make sure they had them. The manager said they did --- even though the front desk girl couldn't locate them on the computer. I told them I would be back in an hour --- came back 45 minutes later and waited for over an hour before I was told they couldn't find the tires --- the manager didn't have the guts to tell me himself --- he had the front desk girl tell me. Was told they would have them the following Thursday --- which meant I would have to make another 100 mile round trip to get tires I had paid for over a month earlier. Called them 9 days later, manager said they had the tires, told them I would be there in an hour --- got there, NO other vehicles in the shop and 3 technicians standing around, 20 minutes later a technician sends front desk girl to me to get the key to unlock my tires THERE IS NOT A LOCK ON MY TIRES, technician figured out which socket to use by time I got out there. An hour and 25 minutes later, the tires are on the car ( 3 technicians, 4 tires, and no other vehicles ) and it's ready to go to alignment check --- another 45 minutes and finally out of the shop. They leave the keys IN my vehicle out in the lot. I pay for the alignment, do a walk around, check the paperwork AND the MILEAGE for the warranty is wrong by 700 miles. Front desk girl hand writes and initials correct mileage on warranty paper. Feel sorry for the front desk girl having to be the "front man" for poor manager and resulting poor service.
