I have come here for years. I do feel there's a lot of turnover among the staff who fit glasses, which is too bad because just when I find someone who does a good job, they're gone. But this is by far the best customer service and most knowledgable staff than any other I've been to.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in us! As far as opticians, we have had the same staff of opticians for multiple years, ranging from 2 years up to 20 years. We have begun to cross train the staff and we do have staff that comes from the Brillion office two days a week, so that might be why you are not familiar with some of the faces you see. If you do have a preference and wish to work with a particular optician, please let the receptionist know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
