After signing in to see an optician, I was promptly greeted by Tammy, the optician. Tammy was cheerful, welcoming, and humorous. Originally, I came in to see if I could get my eyeglasses repaired. After looking at my broken glasses, Tammy said that the repair would be an easy an inexpensive remount and quickly took care of that paperwork. As she was doing the paperwork, I explained to her that my backup eyeglasses had the no line, progressive lenses and that they bothered me when I wore them. Tammy researched to see how much it would cost to replace the lenses in the glasses. After seeing that the lens replacement cost was more than I wanted to pay, Tammy researched how much it would cost me to purchase a new pair of eyeglasses which nearly the same cost of replacing the no line, progressive lenses. I told Tammy that I wanted rimless eyeglasses with no progressive lenses, and she showed different styles and gave me advice on the benefits and challenges of each. After finding a pair that I liked, Tammy examined the glasses on me to ensure that they fit properly and gave me a recommendation on how to adjust the ear grips to make them even more comfortable to wear. Tammy quickly completed the order paperwork on my new eyeglasses. I want to thank Tammy for providing me with exemplary customer service!
