About

Dr. Phil Williams obtained both his BS in Animal Science (1987) and his DVM (1991) from the University of California, Davis. He worked as a large animal veterinarian in both Fresno, CA, and Greeley, CO for five years. He then returned to school to pursue a PhD in Neuroscience, where he researched alterations in brain physiology relating to epilepsy at the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he also received advanced training in Anatomic Pathology.

He, his wife Jessica Jerome, along with their two children, moved to Chagrin Falls in 2006. This was a homecoming for Jessica, a Kenston graduate, and native of the Chagrin Valley. Dr. Williams was a research associate in the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine department of Neuroscience, and has been practicing small animal medicine on the near west side of Cleveland. He enjoys gardening and relaxing with his wife Jessica, stepson Gabriel, daughter Meadow, dog Moet, and cat Blackie.

I was born and raised in Michigan, but have also lived in Georgia and Florida, moving to Ohio in 2001. I have been in the veterinary business since 1989. Although I have had many animals, from horses to guinea pigs, at this time, the love of my life is my cat "Baby Kitty" and my dove "Coo".

Alysha Roszak, RVT

Alysha Graduated in 2010 from the Cuyahoga Community College Veterinary Technology program, with an Associates of Applied Science/Veterinary Technology. She has been working in the Veterinary field since 2006 starting as a receptionist and working her way up to a registered Veterinary Technician. She did her internships with large animals, focusing on cows, and at an Animal Protection League. She has worked as an Animal Control Officer, and has experience as an emergency veterinary technician. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She currently has one husky and five cats, although she has had rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, lizards, ferrets, chinchillas, and even a domestic pet skunk! (And yes he was de-skunked).
