I brought my dog in to be see2for a skin irritation. I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby area. I was not told it would be that long of a wait. When were finally called back to the examination room we had to wait another half hour. The veteranan came in, never apologized for the wait, spent a total of 5 minutes with us and that was it. This is the only clinic i have taken my pets to but I have decided i will not be bringing them back. I am positive there are plenty of other clinics that will do a much better job at customer service.

The wait was a joke. 1 1/2 hours just to get in room and another 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have never had that much of a wait.

Everyone is enthusiastic to help and care for your pet except the fron staff. I watched them with every person who came in after me. It was all about them getting their info entered on the computer, then please go sit down and wait... no explanation and little conversation from them to be sure a client knew next steps or what to expect.

The techs and the Vet were outstanding in their care and communication of that care.It is a well run business, other than charging twice as much for a treatment that they can administer there once, or half that cost if you administer treatment at home multiple times over several days. Essentiially charging clients for convenience.Not at all disatisfied, but if i had a magic wand to change a feww things, you know what they would be.

The covering provider (vet) that my dog saw in 4/14 was AMAZING! Very patient and explained everything. Never felt rushed, belittled, or pressured into buying any "recommended" product.

Everyone was nice and loved my dog and gave her lots of love. Gave great info and helped me understand what was best neede d for my dog. At a or lower cost than most vets. Will definitly be bringing my dog here from now on. Only downside was the wait, but I was a walk in appointment so I can understand.

I just brought my first puppy yesterday and you can’t compare their prices with any place else. Some expenses you can save on if you go elsewhere but for health exams, vaccines, most treatments, and thier friendliness, companion pet clinic is worth the little extra on few things if any.

I think it is very nice that they reserve some meaningful capacity of their staff for drop in visits during specific hours. With drop in you never know how long it might take, but I've never waited too long even when busy. With drop in they were able to do routine vaccinations, refill (already prescribed) medications, very efficiently on this last visit with support staff to the veterinarians. For more serious issues, I have always made an appointment but I find the drop in hours very helpful for getting routine things done on a "fit it in" to my schedule basis.

We came in with what we thought was a very sick girl. The staff was quick to ease our concerns, thoroughly explain the best scenario to the worst, explain all fees up front, what they felt was necessary and what could be done as precautionary. This was my first visit to this clinic, but is surely the last one I will ever need...we are part of the Companion Pet Clinic family for life!!!

The actual teeth cleaning was perfect, she is always wonderful. What was terrible customer service was upon arriving the secretary stated there was a mistake with scheduling and that they put the appointment 1 day early and my insurance would not cover my visit? She then stated she tried contacting me- Ezcuse me, I have 2 smart phones which are linked to each other and I've got 3 emails which are also linked! There was NO voicemail and there was NO email sent to ANY of my contacts. The only contact was the email confirmation of my up coming appointment!!!! Obviously there is a break down in the front office procedures and simply NO excuse to NOT leave a voicemail AND make the extra effort to send an email. Simply incredibly poor customer service by the front desk staff- Again my teeth cleaning was flawless, she was great. Better fix that front desk --
