I've only worked with one provider but her approach was entirely different from my previous chiropractor (who wasn't helping me at all). It's made an amazing difference. She helped me understand the cause of the pain I had been feeling, has given me exercises that are truly helping to resolve my concerns and I feel remarkably better. When I started seeing her I was not able to touch my toes and now I am able to bike, hike, and even start some light, weight lifting. My only regret is that I didn't make the switch sooner.

I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and kindness that the doctor and staff exhibit at compass. The initial evaluation was very comprehensive and the doctor took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. They also provided videos and one-on-one demonstration‘s for exercises to supplement the appointments. I highly recommend compass!
