The new massage therapist, Teresa, helped a lot with releasing extremely tight muscles in my lumbar spine and thighs that were causing some considerable pain. She was honest and said it'll take some work to get all the muscles to loosen completely, but her help followed by my adjustment with Dr. Rachel Valle ended up allowing me to at least go home and sleep on my back that night. It's an immense improvement compared to a day prior.
