The exam was excellent as always. The problem was with the person who was selling the contact lens. She insisted a year's supply was 8 boxes. I wear mono vision so my year's supply is 4 boxes. The discounts and rebates only apply to a purchase of 8 boxes apparently. So a person who wears mono vision is being penalized financially for wearing one lens instead of two? When did the high pressure used car salesman tactics begin at this establishment? I don't wish to purchase a two year supply of contact lenses. I wish to purchase a one year supply and after a year return for an exam and then purchase another year's supply. I am extremely disappointed and will follow through with a complaint to management on Monday.
