the technicians have always been good. the communication between the client and employees of compusolve leaves much to be desired. the communication between the employees and departments seems to be nonexistent. i had a problem with computer and it couldn't be fixed remotely so they told me that somebody would come out to my house. they NEVER said anything about there being a charge. i have a monthly clean up plan and it was my understanding that it covers technical support. it says nothing about whether the support is given over phone or in person. in fact, there are no contracts to sign. i distinctly asked the technician if this was covered under my cleanup plan, i.e. this does not cost me anything extra and he said yes, it was covered. then when he is done he tells me how much i owe him for the house call. i did express my disappointment and surprise when he told me what i owed. he did at least come up with an offer of a coupon to cut the cot. very, very poor communication.
