Experience so far has been both very good and very bad.
Very good with calling for an appointment and getting seen same day for my son. Person talked to was both pleasant and helpful in finding a location and time a Dr. was available. Person also was given my contact and insurance information.
Very bad in, when my son arrived for the appointment, he was made to make a payment in the office then. He was also told that the note for his appointment said that this was explained to me on the phone when I called for the visit. THIS IS A LIE. The only financial conversation I had on the phone was to get my insurance company name and ID number information. So with this info/coverage there should not have been required payment on site, and should definitely should not have indicated that this conversation happened. I recommend going back to the phone conversation recording and reviewing and following up with who made this incorrect notation.
