The courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff is a direct reflection of the management's concern for quality and superior customer service. I drive the hour (one-way) to simply get the "best service" available for my 2005 Jag Vanden Plas. No other Service Center comes close to meeting and exceeding my expectations! Thanks to the entire Continental Imports Service Team.

I've used Continental Imports for years and I've always been incredibly pleased with their honesty and integrity. RJ normally works on my car, and he explains what needs fixing right now, what can be delayed, and what things they found that they think are not urgent / important. I've certainly never had to return to their shop for something poorly or incompletely done - they get it done right the first time.

Everyone has been friendly and really helpful, from the front office to the garage staff. I took advantage of their pick-up and drop-off on my most recent visit, and the driver Nick took amazing care of me, even after I had left them an address in the wrong part of town (oops!).

I’m concerned that the new driver does not wear a mask and has not been vaccinated. This is info he shared with me of his own accord. I don’t know his name so I can only say that he has dark hair and a tattoo on his right leg. He’s very vocal about his unsolicited republican beliefs and Covid. He should focus more on the reason he was hired. In contrast the young man with blond hair does wear a mask, very professional. I believe someone should have a sit-down with the maskless driver (I wish I remembered his name) and advise him to keep his personal views to himself. This occurrence has not changed my opinion of CI. I still believe they offer outstanding service!!!

I was extremely disappointed when my daughters car needed a battery and looking at the 5 stars review I asked the towing company at to tow it to that facility. Spoke to Daren and he informed me they will check the car the following day and let me know what’s needed first. I called the following day and spoke to Heidi and she informed me that she will call me back. She did three hours after to let me know it was the battery and the cost is $361 since they did they own diagnostics and picked the battery without asking. I have never paid $361 when I knew it’s the battery that needed replacement. I reside out of state and my daughters doesn’t know anything about cars. The person who towed my daughters car warned me about it, but I did not think it will be an issue. I will certainly not recommend this facility at all especially to young kids at the university. It was certainly an expensive lesson to learn . I am a very trust worthy person, but I should have listened to the towing company and towed the car to Pep boys or other known places in Gainsville.
