Prompt communication and customer service. Furnace seems great. Installers didn't do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Lots of misc. wire, screws and debris left after furnace install.They even left some paperwork that they had to come back and pick up a few days later.

Really happy with the quick response starting with setting up the initial appointment and continuing with arranging the installation. Very friendly and professional. My only wish would have been to get a little more information about the actual model of furnace being installed prior to the installation. I am happy with the decision as I did get the information after asking. Will definitely continue with maintenance with Controlling Systems.
