Been a customer with Cool Masters for about 15 years. Always have excellent service. The annual maintenance agreement for our 2 Variable Speed Systems is a must and reasonably priced to keep them running at maximum efficiency. They call me in the Spring and Fall to schedule maintenance visits and I don't have to worry about a thing. Thanks Jonathan and the rest of Cool Masters employees.

Enoch came to my home yesterday for the second time in a couple years for a tune-up. He remembered his initial visit and is one of the most capable, efficient and pleasant technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I commend Cool Masters for hiring and retaining a person like Enoch.

Tech was friendly and helpful and provided good service. The fees (charges) were extremely HIGH! However, I was at their mercy needing Air Conditioning. Don't think I would use them again because of the high fees. $395 just to clean the coils... $468 for a electrical contactor replacement.
