I have used and recommended Cool R Us since they installed our home air several years ago. I know of no less than 10 other units / customers in which they installed Units based upon my recommendation. The owner Lek stands behind their workmanship as well as the product they carry.

These folks are the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are totally customer focused. The technicians are knowledgable, explain everything they are doing, and always willing to answer questions. The service is prompt and the customer is kept informed if there are any delays. The owner is very hands on in the business and talks to customers personally if he is available.

I was very impressed with Lorenc and the other tech (sorry, don't remember his name). They were professional, polite, and efficient. I felt like they really knew what they were doing. Also, I had moved a return so they did a thorough check to make sure the A/C was still running as it should.
