I have used and recommended Cool R Us since they installed our home air several years ago. I know of no less than 10 other units / customers in which they installed Units based upon my recommendation. The owner Lek stands behind their workmanship as well as the product they carry.

Technician was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it. The was a secondary visit within 30 days and did not cost anything. The first visit was 2.5 lbs. of freon, and the second visit 3 weeks later was to clear out the condenser line. Today, my air conditioner is running normal and cooling the house in this extreme heat. Thank you!

The team worked hard to install our new AC system. They were courteous and answered all the questions. We are satisfied with the service and the ease of scheduling. I am very pleased with everyone at Cool R Us. This is my 2nd time using them in less than 90 days. Obviously, if I wasn't happy the 1st time, i would not have called them back a second time. And this for a totally different issue. The technicians are professional and qualified. They are also conscientious regarding your home and property. They are now my go to team for my AC work.
