Cool R Us installed a new unit for us in 2023. System works good and does the job with no problems. Had the unit serviced recently, a maintenance check up. The tech Michael was very polite, respetful and explained what he was going to do.
I would definitely recommend Cool R Us for your a/c needs.

Our family has been using COOL R US for years . They came out and found my leak in my AC unit . All of the staff was extremely friendly and understanding the need of urgency I had to get my AC fixed ASAP!

The whole experience with Cool R US from discussions with Josh about the system install and options to the quick installation was great. The technicians who installed the system did a fabulous job, and were very neat with their work and polite. The cost of the Trane system was much less than some of the other quotes we got.

The initial visit (for a review of my existing HVAC issues) was excellent. The reviewed my current system including drainage, electrical, air-flow and over all functionality inside and out. They were receptive of my questions and concerns and gave me various options and estimates for repairs or replacement with costs. They made intelligent suggestions and gave the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing. (Being sick of issues with my system and repair costs over time I chose replacement). An up front and 100% accurate estimate of cost was given along with replacement date up front. The approval process was simple and done immediately. Communication up to my replacement visit was unlike any company that I have dealt with thus far! The team that was on site for installation was experienced and amazingly friendly. They kept me up to date with each step of the process as they went along and explained things to watch out for in the future to maintain a healthy system. They emphasized treating my installation as if it was an installation in their own home for their own family. The installation was neat, organized and very fast. (My entire system was replaced including furnace, outdoor unit, water drainage system, copper for coolant and even the concrete slab that supports the outdoor unit. It has been about 2 weeks since the install and (since this is my first home purchase) I had no idea of the comfort I could have in my home with a fully functional and professionally installed system! Thanks again Cool R US, Inc.. The team is a well oiled machine from sales to installation to completion and follow up. 10/10 Amazing. Thee is a section in this survey which asks about how likely I would be to recommend to a friend or colleague - I already have kind sirs!

The two gentlemen that installed my new A/C were very polite and kept me inform thru the installation and explaining what they were doing when I asked. What impressed me the most was how they kept working thru the down pour of rain that we had. They took great care to protect my rug and their cleanup was outstanding. These two. gentlemen deserve this 5 star rating
