It started with a service call on a Wednesday morning that ended up with a new system installation. Once the repair technician, Aldi, figured out what was going on with my system, he explained my options to me. Sice my system was 12 years old I opted to replace it instead of repair it. Aldi took the time to explain all of my options, and there were a lot of them. Once a decision was made it was scheduled for Saturday. When the two installation techs showed up at my house, they instantly got to it. They removed all of the old equipment (from the air handler to the drain line) and installed the new equipment along with making sure my existing Nest Thermostat was working and connected correctly. 6hrs later they were heading out of my driveway and left me with all of the paperwork. I was thrilled with the service from start to finish. I can't begin to thank you all enough.
