2 stars RICHARD G Featured review
Not happy with estimate. Lexus dealership checked the car out. No mention of calipers needing
replacing nor transmission fluid.
Thank you so much for your input! We take all concerns and check our policies and procedures to ensure the best experience for each customer.
We confirmed with the technician , he is certain that the calipers were causing the extreme difference in the wear of left and right rear brake pads. Any difference in our opinion from the initial inspection would have been disclosed during the brake pad replacement. Of course, if the calipers were not necessary, we would not have replaced them But again, since the wear was so extreme between the two, the biggest suspect would be frozen calipers. In addition, the transmission fluid was noted as being in Passing condition. However, we did note that the Power System fluid was very dark, had a scorched odor and visible dissolved solids. A recommendation was given for the Power Steering, but not Transmission fluid.
Again, it is our goal to learn from any possible errors or misjudgements.Thank you for having the opportunity to do so!
