I had an excellent experience this year at my annual physical with Dr. Lilly and his team. At our initial discussion that day, I mentioned I thought I could use a remedial session with a pelvic floor physical therapist, but the one I had used in the past no longer practiced. By the time we had our wrap-up discussion, Dr. Lilly had identified a recommended pelvic floor PT and his assistant will arrange the appointment as soon as I am ready. He also performed all of recommended evaluations for my age and gender. In addition, Susan, his patient advocate, took timely responsibility for sending all of the physical health documentation required by a surgeon I was using later that month.

My annual physical was thorough and communicated well. All of my test results were discussed and explained. I mentioned my interest in a remedial visit with a pelvic floor PT when I had my first discussion with Dr. Lilly that morning and mentioned that the PT had used before was no longer practicing in Dallas. The time I had my wrap up visit with Dr. Lilly that day, he had found a recommended pelvic floor therapist for me.; and And his patient advocate, Susan, will set up the appointment once I’ve recovered from the surgery I was having in late December.

This is my third year for an annual physical, and it was the smoothest yet. The downtime between appointments was minimal - the least it's ever been. (The only lengthy and excessive delay was prior to my dermatology appointment. I've been told they are in process of hiring an additional doctor in this area ) The organization and process was impressive. I love my main doctor. She takes the time to get to know you and remembers personality details. Her analysis of test results and explanations of same are easy to understand. She advises and sets in motion any additional referrals if needed. I also really like the new optometry doctor. The person who administers the stress test is great. All the staff and technicians are great - professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The only other non-positive was the vaccine jab I received. It was in the top three most painful jabs I've ever received. He must have got me in a tight spot on my muscle.
