High cost. Bad Warranty for tire replacement. Was forcing me to buy new tires saying warranty is not covered.
Coppell Tire and Auto replied:
While I cannot speak to the Anonymous case, most warranty frustrations are caused by lack of rotations. Tire manufacturers require rotations every 3-7,000 miles to maintain mileage warranties. Consistent rotations can double tire life. We offer free rotate and balance with our tires. Tire manufacturers set the rules, we can only advise.
