I attended Yin & Yang Yoga as my first class at this studio on a Sunday late morning (11:30 AM-1 PM). I really enjoyed this class as it actually didn't drag on (I was worried about that). It almost felt meditative, as things were slow moving, but very relaxing and brought a nice peace of mind for the day and week ahead. The instructor for the day was subbing, but I found that she did a great job regardless of leading a nice, flowing class. I felt really great and refreshed afterwards.
