Everyone I had contact with treated me as if they owned the business. They were caring, concerned, moved with purpose and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. So many employees are lackadaisical it was refreshing to see every person behaving as if my time, treatment and level of pain mattered to them.
My wife phoned at 8:15 in hopes of getting my in as soon as possible, they got me in at 9:00. (This is luck I realize) The hygienist, April, was pleasant and put me at ease immediately. She was quick with a kind word and seemed genuinely concerned about my dental health. Dr. Kotke arrived right on cue, assessed the situation, made great suggestions about resolving the problem and asked if I had other questions or concerns. I never felt rushed or as if I was an imposition. I felt as if I was a friend or family member he was helping. The office staff was professional and helpful, going beyond what is required to assist me.
I attempted to work that night and couldn't due to the infection. I phoned for the pain killer I had taken a pass on earlier in the day. It was close to closing time, I thought I could make it there in time but Kim said she would be happy to stay a little after closing time and wait for me! Amazing to me to hear that.
I have an unreasonable fear of dentists. That being said, I can't imagine a group of people I would rather visit when needing dental care. This may actually put me back on the road of proper dental care!
Thank you one and all for the fantastic service, I assure you it made a difference and was appreciated!
