Dr. Kotke has been my dentist since 2004. He is the best. I’ve had some much work done by him, and have been totally satisfied with his work. His office staff, and his assistants are all wonderful. They make going to the dentist a pleasure.

I found Dr. Kotke when I moved to Az. In 2004. I love him and his entire staff. They are all very professional, courteous, and kind. He is a perfect dentist. He has done many different things on my teeth. I have never had a complaint. Great office, I recommend it to all!!!

The dental hygienist are quite friendly and thorough with their jobs. They are very professional.

My wife and I have seen Mr. Kotke for about 15 years. He is friendly but has had to redo his previous repairs to our teeth including poor fitting crowns. I have asked for white fillings only to find out that he had put silver fillings in after specifying white. NO SILVER. Then had to go back into the office to have the silver removed and replaced.

The costs of his services are ok if you have good dental insurance, as we did before losing my job. We continued using Mr. Kotke as our dentist but his "CASH " pricing was ridiculous. After all the years and business we had given Cortaro Dental Care, the non insurance " cash prices" we were given were beyond our imagination. We did go several times after insurance had expired because we were accustomed to his practice. But the cost was beyond what a working man could afford. This is such a sad and pathetic story of how doctors and insurance are in such cahoots. Does this put Shame on Dr. Kotke for falling into this game and this SHAME? $200 for a standard 6 month cleaning seems like a lot, without x-rays. I had cleaning and small filling replaced because it was sensitive to heat and cold. Over $500 total. He said if sensitivity continued I might need a root canal. Should have saved me the money and sent me for a root canal. That money would have paid for half of it. I could not afford the root canal because of the costs. He should have known i was going to need a root canal based on his diagnosis, especially with NO INSURANCE. I am now having to plan on pulling a rear molar that has a crown, after I save the money. I cannot afford anything else. Meanwhile it's oral gel to hold off the pain.

And the sensitivity toothpaste you prescribed but would not let me use generic tooth paste, which would have saved me money. Thank you Dr. Kotke. Life must be treating you well with the insurance companies. I have the money to pay for realistic services but not the pricing services I would expect from a brain surgeon. My opinion, really, You are NOT THAT GOOD. Maybe you need more training to get confidence for your decisions: both morally and ethically. Judgment is Gods, not mine. You will answer to THE GOD who is the creators.

P.S. I have asked for special "CASH" discount rates as we do not have insurance.. Evidently FULL PRICE is the best they can do.

Bless you, Dr. Kotke, your family and your business. I Pray You Are At Peace with all things. But that doesnt mean you are right with GOD. But, who am I to judge. I cannot, for that is for Him to decide.

I can't stand dealing with most auto repair places... it seems they generally try to gouge you with added costs for unnecessary repairs and unscrupulous labor charges. The Brakemax (Brakemax#04) on Thornydale is hands down the most professional and best customer-oriented repair business I have encountered in the three decades that I've owned a vehicle. All the customer service, management, and mechanic employees were friendly and honest with me. I think enough of this Brakemax location that I have no reservations driving from the southeast side of town where I live to get to their northwest location. I encourage anyone who has any automotive concerns or questions to call or visit this location.
