The appointment started very late. Once the appointment was finished, my request could not be accommodated as the dentist was running late with the other appointment, so could not see me also.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We make efforts to accommodate all of our patients needs as best we can. We give priority to patients who are in pain and have emergencies.
