Had my 1st spray tan. Was not pleased at all. I was orange and that was my biggest fear going in. My right arm and hand did not receive any color at all. I really would suggest that you have someone "clearly" explain how customer needs to hold your arms/hands before they get into booth, then following the direction of the voice in the box where to stand. People that do this all the time assume that a new customer knows how this process is done. I feel like my $40 was thrown down the drain. Even though I was so disappointed in this process, I will continue to use Cosmo tan for the beds. Always a good experience.

Will recommend ONLY for beds - not spray tan.

Very professional, loved the shade spray tan I got. Much better than a Mystic booth tan. Not sure how long it will last since it's my first time, but hopefully it will at least last a week.

Love this place but, was disappointed with my last visit . My tan didn't turn out the way I planned . The product that was sold to me did not accomplish what I needed. When I told the front desk, there was no resolution offered just "I'm sorry ".

I love cosmopolitan! They already have awesome prices and they're even willing to match prices of other tanning salons! Their beds are so clean and Nice. I'm never going anywhere else to tan again!
