Improving but not completely satisfied. Expected a same day crown. Got a call 2 days before the appointment that the person that does the crowns will be in later so I could sit and wait or come back another day to get the crown. I opted to sit and wait mainly because I get worked up going to the dentist so I want to go in, get the lasting fix, and get out. Well, after the prep work was done I'm informed the crown person isn't coming in so I will get temp crown today and have to come back again.
I expect people to do what they say. I also expect businesses to have more than one person be able to perform a task. Again, I am disappointed.
I will say Dr. Martin was magnificent with me and in doing the work. He was kind, patient, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He also spent time with me after he was done talking about the plan going forward.
I had some unexpected bleeding (minor) and I called after hours. Their answering service told me someone would call me back within 20 minutes and they did. Dr. Cottrell called me and was very understanding about my concern and gave me options to pursue if it didn't improve. The bleeding did stop and all is well.
I plan on receiving the permanent fix Monday and for now intend to stick with this firm. Everyone is nice, but again, when I'm told what the next step is and buy into it I expect it to happen as scheduled.
