Communication was non existent. We got a huge bill and never had a conversation about what was wrong, what was fixed or if it’s even fixed. Very unhappy with this company.

We have an older Rainbird system and Cougar did an excellent job of adjusting the water flow for more even coverage and correcting a broken sprinkler head we were not aware of. We are a repeat Cougar customer.
