job was left undone with no explanation further contact until months later, a bill for $251 appears. . a second company had to finish and replace one of the heads supposedly replaced by Cougar. Very dissatisfied. Outrageous charge for poor service

Matt was quick and responsive and did a great job setting up the additional lines to a few potted plants we added to our landscaping. He did a great job of communicating his arrival time and sticking to it. Would have liked to have gotten an estimate of cost before the lines went in, but otherwise happy to have a reliable irrigation expert! He knows what he's doing!
