My husband and I are new in the area and it was very comforting to have such a great experience at this office. We will be life long customers here. They treat the animals like their own and you can't ask for more than that as a fur-mom.

We love Country Oaks. Great experience from front desk to clinical staff. Office is always clean and they provide loving care to our fur baby. Would highly recommend.

Always a great experience, Dr. Baird is very through and cures Alana's issues. The techs are great very customer focused and deal with kitty with lots of care.

I have been coming back to your hospital with my dog Pumpkin for 3-4 years. The way I have always payed my bill is from my Mom's Visa card, and the numbers are written on a pice of paper. The other day I came in with Pumpkin for a check up and flee and tick medicine. Your gal that runs the front was very rude and would not accept my form of payment. Good luck to you, you will never see me or Pumpkin again!!!!!! Too bad! I think your DR is AAA!!! And by the way, no no EVER CALLED ME ABOUT PUMPKINS BLOOD WORK!!!!

Mr. Salabouris, I am so sorry we cannot take a handwritten credit number with no identification from the credit card owner. I did email you an apology (and explanation) as well as a brief update on Pumpkin's lab results the following day and we called and left a message with an update at the phone number on your record the next day also. Meanwhile, we always send report cards on the lab results so her report card with a copy of her results for your vet up North were mailed out a few days ago to your local address and you should have those Monday if you do not already. Again, I'm sorry we can't accept a credit card without the owner's identification but our processing service will not permit it. I'm so sorry you felt the receptionist was rude when she tried to explain the problem - that was certainly not my intention. -Dr Baird
