I felt awful that Zoey got into a small amount of chocolate, but she's so little I was scared to death too. But the staff and Vet made me calm down and not feel so horrible as I was making myself feel.

I am always pleased with the excellent care that my Bailey receives. Dr. Smith does a wonderful job taking care of her. The staff is knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve never met kinder people at a vet clinic than the staff at Countryside. I’ve never had a staff member make me feel like a bad owner if my dog comes in sick, or make me feel uneducated if I don’t know something. Dr. Johnson has ALWAYS made me feel better and explains everything very well. The front desk always is helpful and have had patience with me over the phone and in person. I love this place!

I was checked in as soon as I walked in the door and the tech came over shortly after that and took us back into an exam room to ask a few questions since it was our first visit. They took Ruger in the back to take some blood and then the vet came in and asked a few questions, gave Ruger her vaccines, and set us up with heart worm preventative and away we went.
